LTSC Finance LLC ("we," "us") respects the privacy of the people whose retail installment contracts we hold and service and of the people who visit this website. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Customer financial information

When a retail installment contract is assigned to us, we receive the information in that contract and the related credit application, including name, address, contact information, vehicle information, payment history, and account balances. We use this information only to service the account: posting payments, answering account questions, providing payoff information, maintaining required records, and complying with the law.

Customers receive our privacy notice required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act when their account is assigned to us and annually as required. That notice controls how we handle nonpublic personal information and explains any choices available to the customer.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share customer information with nonaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.

When we share information

We share information only as permitted or required by law, including with service providers who help us service accounts (such as payment processors and data hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations; with our affiliate, Las Trokas Super Center, for account servicing and as permitted by law; with consumer reporting agencies as permitted by law; and with regulators, courts, and law enforcement when required.

Information collected on this website

This website does not contain forms and does not ask you to enter personal information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we protect information

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect customer information, limit access to employees who need it to do their jobs, and retain records only as long as required by law and our business needs.
